Here s my first try for a Boho skirt in silk crepe de Chine involving different layers of fabric, lace, tule……
I m really pleased with the result and might use this method to layer all kinds of fabric and textures. It s a really versatile skirt and it can be made for summer or winter ( thinking about some faux fur for a dramatic look!).
I ll try to find some time for the tutorial, let me know if any of you might be interrested…….
Ps. Did you notice my Couture touch: hand embroided tag in gold thread with my label name and the woman I made it for' s name!
